During this meeting members discussed fine tuning logistics for the upcoming international event in October. Here people were reassigned new tasks and action points. Below are the tackled points and some dessiosns

• Development of event visual identity - To be slightly different from Hands On History, should incorporate a maritime theme

• General historical themes of the event - Diversity, 1565, lepanto and the Order’s move from Birgu to Valletta - to talk to Inquisitors for research session

• Blackpowder - Safety officers to contact supplier and test out different qualities

• Pole-arms - To contact Italian participants for specific sizes and quality
